1. The Basic Foundation

There are several foundations you need to master first before attempting to hypnotize anyone. First, you cannot force to hypnotize your subject with violence. Meaning it must all be done in a friendly environment.

You talk with the person you want to hypnotize. After a couple of friendly conversations the subject starts to trust you. With good experience and the right knowledge you only need minutes to build this trust. After you have built this level of trust, of rapport, you can start to hypnotize him or her.

2. You Cannot Force People to Do Something That They Don't Want To Do

This is something you should bear in mind; you can't force your subject of hypnosis to do something that he or she won't to do in a conscious state. Maybe you want him or her to be naked in a public place, or kill someone.

Unless these things are something that they regularly do in their life, they won't follow your command. In this case, if you find people that are willing to kill other's people once you have hypnotized them, you should better run away.

3. First Step

First step is to make people relax, and after quite a while insert what hypnotist called embedded command. You insert certain words you want people to do such as "trust me" or "you love your wife" throughout the conversation.

But it must all be done so subtle, the embedded command should come as a part of a story you bring that the subject won't notice. And that's it. You have done your very first hypnosis session.
